This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, and payments work when using CoachUp (“CoachUp”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By subscribing to CoachUp services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

 

1. Subscription Plans

CoachUp offers subscription-based services designed for gyms, studios, and fitness professionals.
Subscription plans may include different features, usage limits, and pricing tiers.

2. Free Trial

CoachUp offers a 14-day free trial for new customers.
During the trial period, users can explore platform features without being charged.

  • The free trial begins when an account is created.
  • No charges are applied during the trial period.
  • At the end of the trial period, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription.

 

3. Billing Cycle

CoachUp subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges according to your selected plan.

  • Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Subscription fees are charged automatically unless canceled.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

 

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
CoachUp does not store full payment card details.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Other supported payment methods

 

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made to CoachUp are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:

  • Unused subscription periods
  • Partial billing cycles
  • Unused features
  • Early cancellation

Users are encouraged to use the free trial period to evaluate the Services before subscribing.

 

6. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued after cancellation.

 

7. White-Label (Custom-Branded) Services

CoachUp offers optional custom-branded (white-label) mobile applications as an additional service.
White-label services are subject to separate pricing and agreements.

  • White-label services are billed separately from standard subscriptions.
  • Additional setup fees may apply.
  • Custom branding requires submission of logo and branding materials.
  • Publishing to app stores may require additional processing time.

 

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, CoachUp may:

  • Retry the payment automatically
  • Notify the account owner
  • Suspend access to premium features
  • Restrict account access until payment is completed

 

9. Changes to Pricing

CoachUp reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.
Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Updated pricing will apply to future billing cycles.

 

10. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added to subscription fees depending on your location and local regulations.
Users are responsible for paying any required taxes.

 

11. Account Suspension or Termination

CoachUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform terms or fail to maintain payment obligations.
